I&rsquo;m a senior ML/AI engineer in Munich, working somewhere between machine-learning research and the production systems that have to run it. I keep this place as a slow archive of the ideas I&rsquo;m chewing on.</p> <p class="muted">My path here was not a straight line: data warehousing and business intelligence first, then technical program management in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, then a Master&rsquo;s in Computer Science that converged on machine learning. The detours turned out to be the point — together they cover the full stack of ML in production, from data infrastructure to model deployment to organizational adoption.</p>
