Hi — I’m Max. I’m a senior ML/AI engineer in Munich, working somewhere between machine-learning research and the production systems that have to run it. I keep this place as a slow archive of the ideas I’m chewing on.

My path here was not a straight line: data warehousing and business intelligence first, then technical program management in cybersecurity and fraud prevention, then a Master’s in Computer Science that converged on machine learning. The detours turned out to be the point — together they cover the full stack of ML in production, from data infrastructure to model deployment to organizational adoption.

The look here is borrowed from photocopied conference preprints and riso zines: warm paper, a halftone screen, two inks, and the registration marks that usually get cropped out. The site is built with Hugo and a single hand-set stylesheet. No framework, no tracking, no cookie banner. Just text on paper.
